Surf & Soul – Surfing life!
Action as well as relaxation – that is what we offer at the eight „Surf & Soul“ retreat in Lourinhã Portugal. Our morning yoga, fitness and dance classes will take place in the beautiful yoga shala with the peaceful views to the countryside. A perfect way to reconnect mind, body and soul. In the afternoon we will be enjoying the sun on the beach, surfing the waves or doing partner exercises. You can choose between Yin Yoga or Thai Yoga massage on two evenings. For a bit of a change we have also planned two cultural evenings. Massage and meditation round off the program and our connected breath is like a thread running through all our offers.
Mother and daughter – an experienced team
It is with a lot of energy and humor that Donna and Natasha lead through their dynamic Yoga and dance classes. This unique mother and daughter team has more than 40 years of experience in giving passionate classes of fitness, dance and yoga. There will be a special workshop for beginners and we always offer variations of the exercises to suit everyone. Surf enthusiasts will of course get their money‘s worth – but there is also a variety of other great offers. How about joining as a mother daughter team yourself?
The Maverick Surfvillas Portugal – between action and relaxation
The Maverick is a Surf & Yoga Resort in Lourinhã / Portugal, one hour north of Lisbon and 15 minutes south of Peniche. The 5 luxurious and comfortable adjacent villas are located in the countryside quietness, featuring great views, a huge garden with scenic swimming pool, slack line, wood-fired pizza oven & BBQ, sand volley ball field, hammock and various chill-areas.
The next beach is Praia da Areia Branca, a small summer beach town with lots of cafés, bars and restaurants. Close to scenic beaches, surf spots and places of cultural interest, the houses are the perfect getaway for your holiday away from the crowds.
We will be staying together in Villa 5 🙂 Where we will have a kitchen to prepare our meals on days where we choose not to eat out.

Included:

Excluded:
Flights will be booked individually (Natasha is happy to help ☺). You can rent cars in groups of three for more individual flexibility, however we will provide you fee shuttle options depending your arrival times, and there is a daily a shuttle to the beach each day.
Further surf lessons: for example a five day surf course where you have 1 session per day + equipment during the lesson (board and wetsuit) and transfer to the surf spot. Cost: 120 Euro
