Freu dich auf eine Woche voller Energie, Entspannung und guter Laune! Unser Surf & Soul Retreat kombiniert morgendliche Yoga-, Fitness- und Tanzstunden mit sonnigen Nachmittagen am Strand – egal ob du die Wellen surfst, Partnerübungen ausprobierst oder einfach die Sonne genießt.
Die Abende stehen ganz im Zeichen der Entspannung: wähle zwischen Yin Yoga oder Thai Yoga Massage, oder sei bei unseren zwei kulturellen Abenden dabei. Massage, Meditation und bewusstes Atmen verbinden das ganze Programm und helfen dir, Körper, Geist und Seele wieder in Einklang zu bringen.

Get ready for a week full of energy, relaxation, and fun! Our Surf & Soul retreat combines morning yoga, fitness, and dance classes with sun-soaked afternoons on the beach – whether you’re surfing the waves, trying partner exercises, or simply soaking in the sun.
Evenings are for unwinding: choose Yin Yoga or Thai Yoga massage, or join our two cultural nights. Massage, meditation, and conscious breathing tie the whole experience together, helping you reconnect mind, body, and soul.

Natasha bringt Energie, Humor und Herz in ihre dynamischen Yoga- und Tanzstunden. Mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung in Yoga, Tanz und Fitness motiviert sie alle Teilnehmerinnen – egal auf welchem Level. Für Anfängerinnen gibt es spezielle Variationen, sodass wirklich jede*r Spaß hat!

🏡 Die Maverick Surfvillas – Dein Zuhause in Portugal
Wir wohnen in einer von fünf luxuriösen Villen in der ruhigen Landschaft von Lourinhã, nur 1 Stunde nördlich von Lissabon. Genieße traumhafte Ausblicke, Pool, Slackline, Pizzaofen & BBQ, Volleyballplatz, Hängematten und Chill-Bereiche.
Der nächste Strand, Praia da Areia Branca, bietet Cafés, Bars und Restaurants sowie schöne Strände und Surfspots. Villa 5 wird unser gemeinsamer Treffpunkt, mit Küche für alle, die kochen möchten – essen gehen ist aber auch super einfach.

Stay in one of five luxurious villas nestled in the peaceful countryside of Lourinhã, just 1 hour from Lisbon. Enjoy stunning views, a swimming pool, slackline, BBQ & pizza oven, volleyball court, hammocks, and chill areas.
The nearby Praia da Areia Branca offers cafés, bars, and restaurants, plus stunning beaches and surf spots. Villa 5 will be our base, with a kitchen for those who want to cook, though eating out is easy too.
